fairly quick

William was very informative about our Heating/AC unit. Provided us with tips regarding monthly cleanings for our vents. Made sure that all the vents had air circulating before leaving. Very Professional.

Great job of instantly diagnosing the failed A/C part, ordering a new part, and installing it immediately upon arrival, on a 96 degree day, better service cannot be found anywhere else-- This ex- US Marine, deserves "an attaboy" for a job "well done"

The Pernell guys were great. Courteous, professional, fast!

Call Pernell Inc...call them, no really call them. Wonderful people to deal with.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Searched reviews and ratings. Chose Pernell, glad I did.

I called Pernell at 7:00 am on Monday, July 20, 2020. The service manager called and let me know that a technician would be there at 10:00 AM. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and worked very hard to get our air condition at the Town Hall back up and running. Thank you for working so quickly.
