I had an electrical burn in the furnace. Josiah took his time and traced the electrical from the main electric box to the sub panel under the house to the furnace. Carefully rewired all burned wires and replaced burned components. I believe he has it all fixed and in good shape and I have cool ac again. I have used Pernell for many years and will continue to use them. The guys are professional and care about their customers.

We were roasting with outside temp at 95. Pernell provided same day efficient service with a smile. Got us cooled down at very reasonable cost.

Pernell is top notch! Within an Hour from our call/text we had a technician on his way. William was awesome! When we got home from being away our upstairs AC unit was not working properly.
