Words can’t describe how I appreciate William B. My scheduled service was for Saturday, 5 Jul, but he called me on Independence Day saying that he had time on his route to take of my HVAC. I told him that it’s not necessary and go enjoy your holiday, but William said it’s not a problem and he’ll be right over after he’s finished with his call in Selma. William arrived, troubleshot and fixed the issue in less than an hour, which included the after maintenance admin too. Call Pernell had and will always be my go too for HVAC. One because there’s a human that answers the phone (always get a crack out of the message when you call, but love it!) and two, customer service is top notch. Never try to sell you anything extra unless you ask. They get in, get the job done, and off they go to the next. I appreciate William and the Call Pernell Team!

Honest and thorough!!!

William B assisted us with our upstairs air conditioning. He took the time to show me what was going on with my AC system and explained what was going on that was making it not work correctly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He did a great job and I feel like he is very trustworthy. He even helped us set up a maintenance plan so that they can inspect our system twice a year to ensure it is running properly.Pernell is a great company and we will continue to use them.
