First off, I got an appointment right away when I called! Zack P & William B came out to my house today to check on my unit, both of them were extremely knowledgeable & polite. I am no HVAC guru so they were sure to explain everything to me, and even showed me exactly which parts they were referring to. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything extra & the price was affordable! I am so thankful i decided to “Call Pernell” If you are in the market for an HVAC company or need them in a crunch- i highly recommend calling them!

The technicians were prompt, friendly, professional and courteous. They explained everything they were going to do, went over recommendations of what I should keep an eye on, the best filters to get, quoted a potential service and changed my old filters.

I made a call to Pernell this afternoon because we were having an issue with the disconnect outside. The young lady at the desk listened to my issue and quickly got Mr. John on the phone to get me scheduled. It worked out that a technician could be here about an hour after my call, and HE WAS!! William B. was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the disconnect made a couple of other small adjustments that helped out as well. Now here’s the shocker…when he was finished and getting my total charge tallied up, IT WAS WHAT I WAS QUOTED BY MR. JOHN!!! Our AC unit went out at the worst possible time, August in North Carolina. I contacted Call Pernell and from start to finish it was a great experience. Robert in Sales was awesome. He gave me several options and was thorough in answering all my questions. He ensured we had three stand alone to mitigate the insane heat while waiting for our install date. The install team of Steve, Bradley and Josh were on time, very organized and fast. All my concerns were answered and they were very in their clean up after the install. The start up technician Chris was also phenomenal. He walked me through the entire setup of the thermostats in house and on the online application. My highest recommendation for this great company!

I was able to get someone to come out same day to check my system, which wasn’t blowing air. Chris was prompt, checked everything found problem had to order part. Chris came back replaced the motor, now it’s working.

From the start with a phone call to Jonathan who answer the phone at Pernell I knew everything was going to be alright. William came and did a great gob, He found the problem right away. He had our very old carrier(24 years old) unit up and running in just a few moments. Super kind and super knowledgeable. If I have other issues I will be sure and call again.
