I appreciate that I was able to contact someone directly without going through voicemail and that someone was sent out the same day I called. Obviously, I am not ecstatic about the prospect of an unexpected AC repair bill, but that is outside of anyone’s control. The technician was pleasant and explained the issue to me in a manner I was able to understand. I was happy that he was able to get my AC running again well enough to tide me over until a more permanent solution can be implemented.

The markup on the capacitors is a bit much guys. And that isn't an opinion.

Hassle free

We had just had a system maintenance done a few days ago; routine stuff. We got into the weekend and the fan on one unit started running nonstop. It was after 4am when I shut the system off, realizing it wasn't going to shut off as it should. I called and left a message and someone was out before lunch. Turned out to be a bad relay. Great response, service, and didn't hurt my wallet to bad.

Chris done a excellent job & he is very knowledgeable on what he does & he answered all of our questions. He left here making sure we understood everything that we needed to know. If there were stars I’d give him 5.

Professional, great service

Our AC unit quit working the night before the reminants of Elsa passed through. I was so worried, with that being a Wednesday evening, it would take until the following week to get any help due to all the rain & calls being backed up. Pernell sent Will right out on Friday and fixed our issue in no time at all. He was fast, friendly and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. We are so thankful we don't have to spend a weekend of 90 degree heat with no air. Thank you again!
